At the American Tournament on the 17th June, we had a family double with Adam Andreski winning the mens competition and Tamala coming out top of the ladies. Congratulations to both of them!

In the first half of 2008, the club asked all members to complete a questionnaire to get views on how the courts could best be used. There were separate questionnaires for adults and juniors. This information is being used by the committee to make more effective use of the court time, and allowing all members to have the opportunity to play. For example based on this feedback the club has decided to extend the opportunity to book courts, up to one week ahead.
Visit regularly to find out about matches and events. We are hoping to have a quick match update after each match and if there is one, then a photo of the players.

We are affiliated to the Oxfordshire LTA and have each week 2 club nights in summer and 2 club mornings throughout the year. We play in various leagues in Oxfordshire and have 4 mens, 3 ladies and 3 mixed teams plus the Newbury League and Friendlies in summer and 4 mens and 3 ladies plus 4 Floodlit leagues (on other courts) and the Oxon Ladies Mid-Week League in winter. We also arrange a limited club night at the Abingdon Indoor Tennis Centre twice a month throughout the winter. We are keen to have new members so if you want to meet people and play some tennis come along to a club session to find out more.
